Sasuke, Itachi, Tobi, and Kakashi had those Sharigan. Kakashi wasn't from Uchiha Clan. But he got his Sharigan from his friend (Tobi Uchiha).

Byakugan

Byakugan eye was from Hyuuga Clan. Only Hyuuga Clan use it. The eye can see all through over the place. It contain focsing chakara too! Hinata, Neiji, and others Hyuuga clan had Byakugan.
